This yoga style used to relax and soothe frayed nerves. Also described as yin yoga, restorative classes use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to prop students into passive poses so the body can experience the benefits of a pose without having to exert any effort. This restorative class is often found more rejuvenating than a nap.
Rather than dwelling on the conflict, solution-focused meditation asks: What would you prefer instead of the conflict? The focus is on the desired outcome: the future with a difference. Students are considered capable of formulating their own goal and of devising solutions.

No you don’t have to be flexible to do yoga.
Yoga isn’t just stretching its toning, calming, meditative, spiritual, healing and opening. Flexibility is only one aspect of it. Once you practice yoga for a period of time naturally you will gain flexibility.
Yoga isn’t like training for a marathon with set goals you’re ticking off your list.
It’s a practice, which means your focus should be on being present each time you come to the mat, not on the end product (“getting” in a pose). If you stick with it, your experience will change, you will become more flexible and stronger, and poses that were once impossible will start to come with ease!
For frequent users we recommend joining the coaching program, customized individual instruction is included in the plan.
Yoga can be practiced every day long as the design of flow to suits the purpose. For example, you can do three days of higher intensity flows focusing on strength and cardio followed by a fourth day wherein you keep the flow very mild, focusing only on stretching, breathing, meditation and relaxation.
